Rachel is so talented and makes the most delicious desserts! I’ve used her for birthdays, gifts, and most importantly my wedding day. She created a delicious vegan carrot cake for our wedding cake and 5 different flavors for mini cupcakes, the cupcakes were devoured by our guests. Rachel is not a vegan only baker, but she makes some of the best vegan cupcakes I’ve ever tasted. It’s difficult to balance moisture in vegan baked goods (tends to end up too oily or too dry). Rachel’s cupcakes were perfection. This woman clearly has baking in her soul. I’m a picky vegan. I can’t recommend her enough. Try Grateful Bakes, you won’t regret it.
